In Memory of Barbara Landon (née Roberts)
1949 - 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Landon (nee Roberts), aged 77 of Brunner Drive, Clydach, formerly of Bridgend, Trebanos and Alltwen, who after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease passed away peacefully at Morriston Hospital on 7th May 2026.
Barbara was a much loved daughter of the late Richard and Florence, sister to Brian and the late Ann, mother to Gavin and the late Paul, mother-in-law to Nicola, grandmother to Nicky, Zoe and Thomas and great grandmother to Harriet.
Barbara faced her illness with remarkable strength, dignity and resilience throughout and remains deeply cherished by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her warmth, her love of animals and the lasting impact she had on those around her.
Private cremation only but friends are invited to join family members for a gathering to celebrate the life of Barbara on Friday 19th June, 2:30 p.m. at Sunnybank Workmen’s Club, 134 Lone Road, Clydach, SA6 5JB.
